A Thousand Words Have We Not!

We are having a great experience and are learning many amazing things. Internet access has been sporadic in the evenings, so we have not blogged frequently. Let's make up for it with the following snapshots from some of the places and people we have visited since we arrived in Nairobi on Sunday.

Carolina for Kibera – Binti Pamoja
Olympic Primary School
Red Rose Children’s Centre and School
Starehe Boys’ Centre
Starehe Girls’ Centre
AFEW Giraffe Centre
Sheldrick Wildlife Trust – Elephant Orphanage
Karen Blixen Museum
Ok ... it has been real tough getting the photos to upload. So here is a link to the few photos from the first five days in Nairobi that we could get online!

Hi Ken.
Thanks for well needed blog! Chris Coe looks amazingly happy with his new best friend, who looks even happier. I am SO jealous. Please post the photos so far again or tell me what I am doing wrong because I can't see them. Sorry. Sounds like everyone is doing well. Love to me girl. Thanks again. Ginger

Jambo...love the picture of Chris and friend...who has the bigger smile?! But what a teaser...other photos must be lost in cyberspace. Can't wait to see them!! Your friends in the Development Office are keeping track of your progress as well. We hope everyone is smiling as much as Chris is in the picture! The list of what you have seen is ambitious...what a trip! Looking forward to hearing more of your adventures! Best to all...love to Allison. Stacey and John

Ken--Thanks for finding a way to let us know you are all fine and so very successful! Of course we are glad to see Chris look so happy with a new friend--and to see the feelings shared--as you anticipated. We're also unable to view the photos...technolgical bugs, we're sure! The blogs are eagerly read, appreciated and a wonderful travel diary. Thanks for giving our kids such a remarkable experience. I bet they and their new friends will grow alot as a result of this trip.
